Message	Your Alt is dead and that might be the cause of excess current draw as well. Get it fixed before continuing. With engine off and (-) disconnected and DMM in series with (-) cable to (-) post what amps are you getting now ? Should be in the 12 mA range. Generally Relays are not needed to be pulled for P draw. The video link I sent explains a lot on how to. ZUL8TR
